Primordial Black Holes (PBHs) might have formed at the initial stages of the Universe with masses spanning several orders of magnitude. Although to the present day we are not aware of any detection of PBHs there are a set of observational constraints limiting the possible number density allowed for them at different mass ranges. In this work we present a code (one version written in Wolfram Mathematica and another one in Python) which aims to implement known observational constraints on the number density of PBHs. The code is written in a simple and flexible way, allowing the introduction of new constraints as well as the update/refinement of existing ones.
