A imagem foi ampliada para capturar melhor o objeto? Quando aumentamos a ampliação, as oscilações mais pequenas também são amplificadas e a imagem perde resolução. Além da ampliação, há ainda a questão do foco. Se o objeto estiver distante, a imagem pode não ter um foco nítido (mesmo se usar um sistema de foco automático). Por outro lado, também temos a influência da turbulência atmosférica, que pode distorcer a aparência do objeto.
Como é noite, a sensibilidade do sensor usado para capturar o vídeo não será a mesma que seria durante o dia.
Quando apontamos um telescópio para uma estrela e focamos nela, podemos obter uma imagem perfeita. Se houver um pouco de vento, o tubo do telescópio oscila. Olhando para o telescópio, ele parece imóvel. Porém, olhando pela ocular, vemos a estrela a oscilar, porque essas pequenas vibrações causadas pelo vento também são ampliadas na imagem. Se houver alguma turbulência na atmosfera, a imagem ficará constantemente distorcida. Se a imagem não estiver bem focada, o resultado de todos esses efeitos pode ser muito semelhante ao visto nas suas fotos.

Was the image zoomed to better capture the object? When we zoom in, the smallest oscillations are amplified and the image loses in terms of resolution. In addition to the zoom, there is the issue of focus. If the object is far away, the image may not be in sharp focus (even when using an auto focus system). On the other hand, we also have the influence of the atmospheric turbulence that can distort the appearance of the object.
The fact that it is night, the sensitivity of the sensor used to capture the video will not be the same as it would be during the day.
When we point a telescope at a star and focus on it, we can get a perfect image. If there is a bit of wind, the telescope tube wobbles. Looking into the telescope it appears to be immobile. However looking through the eyepiece we see the star oscillating because these small vibrations caused by the wind are also magnified in the image. If there is any turbulence in the atmosphere then the image will be constantly distorted. If the image is not well focused the result of all these effects could be very similar to the one seen in your photos.
